This is a 15 year old Glentauchers single malt, selected by Adelphi for FC Whisky's 25th anniversary. It is a single cask from a bourbon barrel, bottled at a cask strength of 58.6%. Just 207 bottles were filled. Adelphi bottles without chill-filtration or added colouring.
The nose has pear, apple and floral notes, moving to creamy tones with light spice. The palate is soft and rounded, with vanilla, honey, light toffee and a little oak. The finish is long, with gentle sweetness, a touch of spice and a hint of citrus.
