Adnams Rye Whisky is made from a mash of 75% rye and 25% barley. Rye is a complex grain that forms a thick, syrup-like mash, and the grain gives a whisky of depth and character with a drier, spicier finish.
The finished whisky spent at least five years in brand new French oak barrels before it was bottled.
