Adriatico Amaretto Zero (70cl)

An Italian amaretto made along the Adriatic coast from a careful selection of sweet and bitter almonds. Artisanal infusion gives an extract with vibrant almond, vanilla and light Mediterranean spice notes on the nose. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a persistent finish that leaves an elegant, delicate aftertaste. It can be served as a digestif or used in refined cocktails, and pairs well with dark chocolate desserts, dry sweets, creams and aged cheeses. It is bottled in a 70cl bottle.
