An amaretto liqueur from Adriatico, combining the aroma of amaretto with complexity from ageing in grappa casks. It is made from a selection of distillates produced by rigorous methods and aged in fine wood, using grappa casks that give the liqueur an enveloping structure and a distinctive aromatic character.
It has a warm, inviting colour. The bouquet opens with intense bitter almond, vanilla with herbal notes, and hints of toasted wood. The palate is soft and round, with balanced sweetness and a long finish, with aftertastes recalling dried fruit and sweet liquorice.
It is suited as a digestif after a rich meal or as an ingredient in refined cocktails.
