A single cask whisky from the Ærø distillery, which opened in 2016 in Ærøskøbing on the Danish island of Ærø. This 2021 release is three years old and was bottled at a cask strength of 65.2%. The whisky spent the end of its maturation in pedro ximenez casks. It comes from cask number 48, and only 100 bottles were filled. The distillery uses organic barley and bottles without chill filtration or added colouring.
