Aerstone Sea Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is matured for 10 years in warehouses close to the Ayrshire coast, which is where the name comes from. The mild climate there shapes the whisky as it ages. Its colour is a dark gold.
The nose is light and floral, with fruit, nuts and wood beneath. The palate is slim and lively, silky in texture, with a gentle, slightly tannic note.
