A red wine from Paternoster made from Aglianico grapes grown on volcanic soils in the Vulture area of Basilicata. It is aged in oak barrels. In the glass it is intense ruby red, with aromas of ripe forest fruits, spicy notes and a delicate leather note. On the palate it has balanced tannins and a long, soft, enveloping finish. It pairs with robust meat dishes and aged cheeses.
