Albinea Canali Pignoletto DOC Fermo

A still Pignoletto DOC white wine from Albinea Canali, with a discreet presence and a balanced profile. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with light greenish reflections. On the nose there are aromas of white flowers, apple and white peach, accompanied by light citrus sensations and a hint of fresh aromatic herbs. On the palate it shows vibrant freshness balanced by pleasant sapidity; the body is slender but consistent, with lively acidity supporting the sip. The finish is clean and moderately persistent. It pairs with seafood starters, salads, delicate fish dishes and fresh cheeses, and is best served fresh, around 8-10 °C.
