Lambrusco Reggiano DOC Secco Albinea Canali

A dry Lambrusco from the Reggiano DOC, made by Albinea Canali. It shows a ruby red colour with violet reflections and a fine foam. The nose offers fresh red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, with light floral notes and a hint of delicate spice. Integrated effervescence keeps the palate fresh and lively without weighing it down. On the palate it is dry, savoury and easy to drink, with moderate tannins and a good final persistence that recalls the fruity notes. It suits antipasti, cured meats, simple ragù or tomato-based first courses, and classic pizzas, served cool at around 10-12 °C.
