Pinot Gris from Alsace, made from carefully selected grapes. It has a clear, bright colour and a refined nose of ripe fruit such as pear and melon, with sweet spices and a light smoky note. On the palate it is rich and full, with an extraordinary balance between acidity and sweetness, a soft texture and long aromatic persistence. It pairs well with elaborate fish dishes, white meat and creamy cheeses.
