Domaine Meyer-Fonné Crémant d'Alsace Extra Brut

A sparkling wine from Domaine Meyer-Fonné, made by the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle. It is pale straw yellow and bright, with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows floral notes, white-fleshed fruit, light citrus and mineral touches; on the palate it is fresh, with balanced acidity and a delicate mouthfeel. It works well as an aperitif and also has the structure to accompany fish or seafood dishes.
