A dry white Riesling from Alsace, grown on stony and clay soils. The nose is clear and complex, with dominant citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, white flowers and mineral hints. On the palate it shows marked acidity balanced by lightness and cleanliness, with citrus, green apple, pear and a light mineral note. It suits fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses, and is best served at about 8-10°C.
