Domaine Allimant Laugner Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut

A Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut from Domaine Allimant Laugner, made from Pinot Noir. It has a delicate pink colour and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose offers red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, with subtle floral notes. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a balance between acidity and structure, red fruit flavours and Alsace terroir minerality, leading to a pleasantly long, fruity finish. It suits an aperitif and lighter dishes such as salads, fish carpaccio and salmon tartare.
