Alta Langa Blanc de Noir Colombo

An elegant, dry sparkling wine with very fine bubbles. Its aroma moves between discreet red fruit and light biscuity notes. The palate is frank and composed, with lively acidity that does not become aggressive, a pleasant roundness supported by fine savouriness, and a subtle mineral tension that makes the sip more linear.
