Amador Double Barrel is a blended bourbon bottled at 43.4% in a 750ml bottle. It is aged in new charred American oak Kentucky bourbon barrels, then finished in Napa Valley wine barrels from Trinchero Family Estate.
The two stages give it a Kentucky background with a Californian finish. Its flavour is described as vanilla, oak, brown sugar and spice.
