An amaro made with red oranges from the territory, Tarocco Nocellara and Tarocco Gallo varieties. It has a clear amber colour with copper reflections. The aroma brings candied orange peel, cinnamon, clove and star anise, with china nuances on the finish. The palate is decisive yet round and soft, with spicy and citrus notes, and a long zagara persistence. It is produced by two friends from Catania, an engineer and a farmer.
