Amara Amaro di Arancia Rossa Caroni Special Edition (50cl)

Amara Amaro di Arancia Rossa Caroni Special Edition is an amaro made from a selection of red oranges grown in sunny soils, highlighting the tarocco variety. It has a blood-red colour. It is made by infusing orange peels and a long maturation, developing complexity and roundness. The bouquet opens with fresh citrus, aromatic herbs and a delicate spicy undertone. On the palate there is a gradual progression of flavours, with a persistent and pleasantly bitter finish. It can be enjoyed neat or with ice, or used in Mediterranean cocktails.
