Amaro Amarus Pacho Fattorie Cilentane (70cl)

Amaro Amarus is an artisan amaro from Fattorie Cilentane, made in the Cilento area and built around a carefully guarded recipe of native aromatic herbs. The herbs give the spirit a deep and enveloping aromatic profile, with bitter herbs, roots and light spicy notes on the nose. These are balanced by calibrated sweetness and a light balsamic aftertaste. The balance between bitterness and aroma makes it suitable as a digestif after a rich meal, or served neat or over ice.
