Fattorie Cilentane Amaro di Rucola (1L)

An amaro from Fattorie Cilentane, made with locally grown rocket. It has a fresh and aromatic character, with an artisanal infusion method balancing the herbaceous note of rocket with light spices in the recipe. The result is an enveloping and complex sensory profile. On the nose there is a bouquet of wild herbs with a slightly peppery touch; on the palate freshness combines with soft sweetness, followed by a persistent and refreshing finish.
