An Italian amaro from Piedmont, infused with cardoon, a wild plant traditionally noted for its beneficial properties.
It smells of fresh alpine herbs, ginger and orange, with warm spices such as nutmeg. On the palate it is balanced between sweetness and a gentle bitterness, with a velvety texture and a long, persistent finish of root aromas and a delicate honey aftertaste.
