Cardamaro (1.5L)

Cardamaro is an amaro from Piedmont, presented in a 150cl bottle. It is infused with cardo, a plant known in the region for its gastronomic and medicinal properties. Amber with golden reflections, it offers intricate aromas of alpine herbs, roots, spices and a subtle touch of vanilla. On the palate it balances sweetness and bitterness, with cardo, chocolate, cardamom and candied orange, ending in a long, pleasantly bitter finish. It can be enjoyed neat, slightly chilled or in cocktails, and pairs well with aged cheeses or dark chocolate.
