A secco Lambrusco Emilia IGT from Ambasciatori. In the glass it shows a medium ruby colour with delicate bubbles and a fine perlage. The nose opens with small red fruits, floral hints and a slightly spicy touch. Lively acidity supports the structure, while soft, well-integrated tannins contribute balance and smoothness. On the palate it is direct and savoury, with freshness prevailing and fruity notes returning on the finish. It suits cured meats, ragù or stuffed pasta, fresh cheeses and grilled dishes, and is best served fresh around 10-12 C.
