Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Amabile Ambasciatori

A red Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna, presented in an amabile style. It has an intense ruby colour with violet reflections and a fragrant nose of ripe red fruits, cherry and raspberry, with light floral notes and hints of sweet spice. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with perceptible sweetness balanced by fresh acidity and moderate tannins. The finish is pleasant, with returning fruit notes. It suits cured meats, fresh cheeses, light meat sauces, tomato-based dishes and many mushroom preparations. Serve cool, opening shortly before serving and using a wide-bowled glass.
