This is a 2009 limited edition single malt from An Cnoc, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It matured in Spanish and American oak casks.
It was bottled in its most natural form, without added colour and without chill-filtration.
The nose combines delicate spice and American oak with citrus, green apple and sweet toffee, all set within An Cnoc's familiar honey and citrus character. On the palate there is rich spice, sweet green apple and dark chocolate, with a hint of butterscotch.
