Angel's Envy 10 Year Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon released for the brand's 15th anniversary in 2025. It is part of the Distiller's Collection and is the first age-stated cask strength bourbon from Angel's Envy.
The bourbon spent ten years in the barrel and was then finished in port wine barrels. It is bottled at 59% ABV, non-chill filtered, by Louisville Distilling Company.
The nose offers dark fruit compote, burnt sugar and spiced oak. The palate brings velvety caramel, ripe plum, rich spice and port-soaked tannins. The finish is warm, with port sweetness, charred oak and toasted vanilla.
