Angel's Envy 10 Year Cask Strength is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon, aged for 10 years and bottled at 61.3% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a limited edition release.
Bottled at cask strength, it is made as intended by Angel's Envy master distiller Lincoln Henderson.
Dark chocolate and caramel lead on the nose, with smoky oak and a little dried fruit. The palate is velvety, with spiced vanilla and toasted nuts, and the finish is long, with sweet and savoury tones.
