Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished in ruby port wine casks and bottled at 43.3% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon is blended in small batches of 8 to 12 barrels and is typically aged for up to six years. It then spends three to six months in 60-gallon ruby port barrels made from French oak and brought from Portugal.
Tasting notes describe bold caramel and toffee at the start, moving into sherry, honey and rounded red fruit.
