A Kentucky bourbon from the Angel's Envy distillery, in a 70cl bottle.
It is aged for about six years in heavily toasted American oak casks, which give a sweet, spiced character. The last months of maturation take place in ex-Port casks, adding a distinctive fruity note.
The colour is dark amber. The nose brings caramel, honey, toasted nuts and spice. The palate is soft, enveloping and velvety, with a long finish.
