Angel's Envy Rye (75cl, 50%)

Angel's Envy Rye is a rye whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 50% (100 proof). It is matured in new American oak barrels and then finished in Caribbean rum casks, where it spends up to 18 months. The rum finish adds mellow spice, brown sugar and maple sweetness to the spicy character of the rye. The nose brings citrus, caramel candy, maple sugar, vanilla, oak, hazelnut, spice and sherry wood. On the palate there is sweet rum, sherry wood and soft oak, followed by a finish that is both sweet and dry, quick and easy.
