Angel's Envy Straight Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, blended in small batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time. It is typically aged for up to six years.
The distinguishing step is the finish. Once the bourbon is ready, it spends between three and six months in ruby port wine casks, depending on taste. The 60-gallon barrels are made from French oak and brought in from Portugal.
