Angel's Envy Triple Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle. It was introduced under Master Distiller Owen Martin as the first addition to the Signature Series in over a decade.
The bourbon is aged in new American white oak barrels with a No. 3 char, then finished in French, Chinkapin and Hungarian oak casks.
The nose has ripe apricot, toasted oak and honeysuckle. The palate shows baking spices, brioche, vanilla custard and red plum, with fresh tobacco and leather. The finish brings nutmeg, black pepper and cardamom, with brown sugar and molasses sweetness.
