Aperol Italian Aperitivo (1.5L, 11%)

An Italian aperitivo created in 1919 by Luigi and Silvio Barbieri in Padua, now presented in a 1.5-litre magnum bottle with a redesigned sculpted silhouette and embossed monogram. The recipe balances gentian, rhubarb and cinchona with sweet and bitter orange, giving a bittersweet orange, herbal and lightly floral character at 11% ABV. The bottle carries a back label with a step-by-step guide to an Aperol Spritz: three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol and one splash of soda over ice with an orange slice.
