St. Germain is a floral liqueur made in France from fresh elderflower blossoms harvested once a year in late spring. Up to 1,000 elderflower blossoms go into every bottle, and the liqueur combines floral and fruity tones without artificial flavours. It has an ABV of 20% and is used neat, as a modifier, or in cocktails such as spritzes and gin drinks. It pairs with light fruit desserts, soft cheeses, herbs, floral desserts and fresh fruit.
