St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur is a coffee liqueur made by St. George Spirits in Alameda, California. It uses Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans, French chicory root, Madagascar vanilla and cane sugar.
The beans are roasted locally and cold-infused, then blended with chicory and vanilla and lightly sweetened. At 25% ABV, it is suited to cocktails or sipping neat or on ice.
The nose shows deep dark-roast coffee, smoky roast edges, vanilla, a hint of chocolate and earthy chicory bitterness. The palate brings roasted coffee, vanilla sweetness, nutty moments, bitter-chicory undertone and dark chocolate or plum tones. The finish lingers with coffee bitterness softened by sweet vanilla.
