Càraid Ìleach is Scottish Gaelic for 'the Islay pair', and this is Edition No. 1 of that Ardnahoe release, a limited edition from Islay.
The whisky matured entirely in sherry quarter casks, and this edition used 100% Oloroso quarter casks.
