The nose brings coastal air and fresh earth with poached pear, caramel cream and a gentle orchard fruit sweetness. The palate is vibrant and oily, with minerality, a touch of rind, caramelised apple, white chocolate and custard creams, lifted by a hint of ginger. The finish is long and warming, with vanilla, nutmeg and lingering minerality.
