A reposado tequila crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave at the Orendain family's El Llano distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. It is aged for six to eight months, with some batches up to eleven months, in American oak barrels including ex-bourbon staves.
The aroma is an inviting mix of cooked agave, vanilla, cinnamon, caramel and subtle herbal or floral touches, with oak spice and a slight mineral note. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, with sweet agave, butterscotch, baking spices, citrus peel, peppery warmth and a hint of oak-char spice. The finish is medium-length, with lingering vanilla, pepper, oak spice and gentle agave sweetness.
