Arlett is a vintage-styled single malt from Distillerie Tessendier & Fils, a brand that pays tribute to the 1950s and to the mother of Jerome and Lilian. This expression is finished in Pineau des Charentes casks and bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is golden amber in colour.
The nose offers ripe grapes, dried apricots and sweet almonds, with hints of honey and floral notes. The palate opens lively and direct, then turns round and silky, with juicy raisins, dried apricots and sweet almonds. The finish carries a gentle spice and a warm, lingering feel.
