Coperies is a French single malt whisky made at a single distillery, drawing on long experience in producing wine brandy.
It is distilled twice in Charentais copper stills, which gives round malt spirit. It is then aged in French oak barrels, using a balance of new and older ones.
The whisky is described as floral and fruity, with subtle spicy notes and silky tannins.
