Armorik 6 Year Old 2014 Port Finish French Connections

A French single malt whisky from the Warenghem distillery, founded in 1900, distilled in 2014 and aged for six years. It spent its first two years, from May 2014 to July 2016, in bourbon casks, then went on maturing in port casks until June 2020. This double maturation is what gives the whisky its balance. The port casks bring fruity, indulgent aromas, and the whisky is rich and sweet on the palate.
