Arneis Langhe DOC Il Falchetto

Arneis Langhe DOC from Tenuta Il Falchetto is a white wine made exclusively from Arneis grapes grown in the Langhe. On the nose it shows chamomile and acacia flowers, white-fleshed fruits such as pear and peach, and a light fresh almond note. On the palate it is fresh, with balanced acidity and medium structure, leading to a persistent finish with fruit, white flowers and a light mineral aftertaste. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short rest on fine lees. It suits aperitifs, fish, seafood, light pasta dishes and fresh cheeses.
