This is a 15-year-old single cask Arran, distilled at Lochranza on 15 October 2008 and bottled on 31 July 2024 at a cask strength of 55.4%. It matured in a first-fill Oloroso hogshead, and 296 bottles were filled.
Sherry influence runs through the notes. The nose shows dark chocolate, toffee and dried fruit, and the full, rounded palate brings honey, milk chocolate and caramel with a touch of oak. The finish is long, with deep sherry sweetness, warming spice and a silky close.
