This is Arran 17 Year Old, a single malt from the 2023 Limited Edition, bottled in a worldwide run of 12,000.
It matured in a balanced mix of first-fill and second-fill sherry hogsheads and first-fill bourbon barrels.
The nose offers green apple and orchard fruit. On the palate come butterscotch and a touch of toasted oak. The finish is soft and long, with apples, pears, almonds and creamy vanilla, and a light hint of cinnamon rounds off the mouthfeel.
