This is a single cask Arran from the 2006 vintage, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled in 2016 at nine years old. It comes from the Isle of Arran in a Private Cask bottling at 53.6% ABV, with 215 bottles drawn from the barrel. The nose is warm vanilla and soft oak, with a subtle tropical edge. On the palate, creamy sweetness meets citrus zest, yellow fruits and a little spice. The finish is long, clean and silky.
