A single cask Arran from 2014, bottled in December 2022 at eight years old by Douglas Laing for their Provenance Coastal Collection. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV, without colouring or chill filtration.
The whisky was matured in a single refill barrel, which yielded 204 bottles.
On the nose it shows freshly cut grass, buttery biscuits and citrus peel. The palate is thick and creamy, with cereals and baking spice set against a dry smokiness. The finish is sweet, with apple strudel, salted caramel and toasted oak.
