This is a 25-year-old Arran single malt, bottled on 19 October 2021 in an edition of 3,000 bottles. It matured in a mix of 65% bourbon casks and 35% sherry casks, and was bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration.
Honey, vanilla, dried fruit, caramel and soft oak spices are the notes described, with fruity sweetness balanced by the wood. The whisky is full-bodied, and the finish is long and warming.
