Arran Machrie Moor is a peated single malt, matured for 10 years entirely in first fill Bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring, giving a warm gold whisky.
Peated to 20ppm, it keeps the freshness of the distillery's style and adds a puff of smoke and earthiness.
The nose is rich with sweet spice, backed by peat smoke. On the palate a sweetness sits beneath the spice, and a layer of sweet smoke adds intensity.
