Arran Millennium Casks is a limited single malt from the Isle of Arran Distillery, made to mark the turn of the millennium. It is created from 35 bourbon barrels and 10 sherry casks, all filled on 31 December 1999 and 1 January 2000.
It is bottled at 53.5% ABV, with 7,800 bottles produced, and the label shows Janus, the Roman god of beginnings and endings.
The flavour is described as rich orchard fruit, honeyed sweetness and gentle spice over refined oak.
