The nose is light and floral, with green apple, pear and vanilla cream, along with honey, fresh barley and a touch of coconut. On the palate it is smooth and mellow, with orchard fruits, toffee and soft oak, a gentle malty sweetness, citrus zest and spice. The finish is of medium length, with lingering vanilla, light spice and a note of heather.
