A single malt from the Arran distillery on the Isle of Arran, finished in Sauternes wine casks and bottled at 50% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
Golden in colour, with a light, floral character, it has a nose of honey, banana and pear with a subtle floral touch and light spice. The palate is mostly sweet and warm, with honey and vanilla, spicy accents and a subtle salty edge. A few drops of water bring out fresh citrus, lemon among it.
The finish is sweet, with lasting honey and a soft spiciness.
